We are seeking high quality candidates to join our Project Office. Project Office Team Members focus on researching, implementing and driving to resoluion the most complex maintenance tasks at our Clients. Efforts include insurance claim efforts, to Reserve Projects such as re-roofing or painting an entire community, to multi-year entire community reclad and reconstruction efforts.
Responsibilities
- Provide Board advice and consultation per Association governing documents, industry standards, Washington state laws, and public policy.
- Serve as the point of contact for the project.
- Create and keep current project plans and estimates.
- Provide Project Administration efforts by requesting and evaluating proposals from vendors, reviewing contracts, scheduling work, and reporting status to the Board.
- Provide administrative services in support of insurance claims. Coordinate vendors for emergency resolution to complete putback.
- Prepare for and attend regularly scheduled Board meetings as needed.
- Prepare and track project estimates and budgets.
- Ensure communications with the Client Accounting team.
- Review and approve invoices for payment to proper GL accounts
Experience
- 3-years’ experience in a similar project management oversight role.
- 2-years’ experience in serving the community management industry.
- Project Management training and certification is desired.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
Work Remotely
Yes, but must reside in Washington state.
