Recruiter Trainer Supervisor - Therapeutic Foster Care - Ridgeland, MS

This full-time position will oversee Recruiter Trainer staff who assist in the selection and pre-service training of all foster family applicants. Some of the duties of the Recruiter/Trainer Supervisor include understanding recruitment and stakeholder requirements for licensure of foster homes and ensuring foster home compliance.

Qualifications

- A Bachelor's degree in a human services related field from an accredited college or university (Masters preferred); and

- Two (2) years case management experience in a human services field.
