What You Can Expect:
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annual salary depending on experience

Background & Experience:
Experience: 7+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
License: Active Property & Casualty License
Knowledgeable: A great level of expertise and knowledge of commercial insurance products, markets, and ratings
Software: Insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office, and carrier website navigation
About the Role:
Cultivate a positive customer service experience.
Provide accurate and professional insurance services to clients and producers.
Support coverage renewal, cross-selling initiatives, policy change processing, and inquiry resolution.
Address client inquiries regarding billing, claims, and coverage.
Facilitate policy binding and review.
Manage requests for endorsements, claims, and renewal marketing.
