Role Overview The Planning Supervisor leads the development and execution of routine, preventive, predictive, and major maintenance plans for our coal-fired power plant facility . This role oversees maintenance planning, resource optimization, establishes spare parts inventory, directs maintenance budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX), and leads a team of planning engineers to ensure high plant availability and reliability .

Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance Planning & Execution: Consolidate, develop, and recommend routine, preventive, predictive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance programs and schedules . Execute full resource planning to maximize team productivity and instill planning discipline across departments .

- CMMS & Maintenance Monitoring: Ensure CMMS-Maximo is effectively utilized to track equipment deficiencies, log work orders, and analyze key maintenance KPIs . Apply predictive maintenance tools (e.g., vibration analysis) to formulate proactive maintenance plans .

- Inventory & Budget Control: Monitor spare parts inventory levels to establish optimal minimum/maximum thresholds . Prepare and consolidate annual routine/major maintenance budgets, including CAPEX, OPEX, and personnel training costs .

- People Management & Leadership: Supervise, coach, and appraise Planning Engineers and team members . Recommend recruitment, promotions, and training programs while resolving operational issues to maintain high morale .

- SHE, Quality & Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001), and ISO 27001 (ISMS) standards, proactively reporting incidents and protecting information assets .

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Electronics Engineering .

- License: Registered Engineer .

- Industry Experience: At least five (5) years of professional experience in Coal Power Plants .

- Leadership Experience: At least one to two (1–2) years in a leadership or supervisory capacity .

- Project Experience: At least one (1) year of project management experience (preferred) .

Key Competencies

- Advanced Level: Plant Maintenance Management, CMMS-Maximo

- Intermediate Level: Root Cause Analysis, Risk Assessment and Control, Asset Management System (with Asset Maintenance), Safe Work Systems, and CAPEX/OPEX Management .

- Fundamental Awareness: Business Acumen
