We’re searching for a Practice Administrator III, someone who’s ready to be part of the best ranked children’s hospital in Texas, and among the best in the nation. In this position, you will plan, organize, staff, and direct activities in the Physician Service Organization's clinical sections in collaboration with designated physician leaders. Activities include planning and performance management, performance improvement, coaching, staffing, budgeting, policies and procedures, and collaboration with Baylor College of Medicine on the section's research and academic pursuits.
