Passionately Pets is hiring a pet care provider in Old Town Alexandria (22314) for dog walking and pet sitting visits .
Role Overview
Youll act as a primary caregiver for pets while their owners are away, ensuring they are safe, happy, and well cared for.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-home pet sitting visits
- Walk dogs and provide exercise
- Feed pets and refresh water
- Clean litter boxes and pet enclosures
- Monitor homes for accidents or damage
- Clean pet-related messes
- Stay in communication with management
Schedule Expectations
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Visits are typically 15–60 minutes
Requirements
- Located within 3 miles of 22314
- Reliable vehicle + smartphone
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable with all animals
- Able to work in all weather
- Minimum 6-month commitment
- Background check required
Pay
- $24–$28/hour + tips
