We are seeking a sharp, proactive Property Manager . This is a high-trust, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, has excellent communication skills, and can confidently manage property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties.

- Handle tenant communications, concerns, and lease agreements in a timely manner.

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams for repairs and services.

- Monitor rent collection, billing, property expenses and reports, and assist in budgeting.

- Assist with lease preparations and move-ins / move-outs.

- Maintain property management software, documents, and tenant databases

- Prepare reports on occupancy, maintenance, expenses, and property performance

- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance across all properties.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in property management role.

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.

- Experience coordinating across departments, vendors, and external partners.

System Requirements:

- Computer Processor: Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent

- Computer Memory/RAM: Minimum 4.00 GB

- Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX - No Linux, Unix, or any operating system other than what is required.

- Internet Speed: Running on a 5.0 MBPS plan or higher (Both primary and backup) - If your backup connection cannot serve as your primary connection, that does not qualify as a backup connection

- REQUIRED Headset: Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port

- REQUIRED WebCam: At least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
