This position requires a strong dedication to brand knowledge and a personal commitment to quality customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all of our customers have the best possible experience
- Be an effective brand ambassador by managing guest satisfaction and overall Taproom visitor experience
- Develop an intimate knowledge of 2 Towns beverages and pro-actively expand on craft alcohol education knowledge (menu items, prices, styles & ingredients)
- Assist with facilitation of private and occasional off-site events, including set up, take down, execution
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the taproom at all times
- Handling cash and processing transactions through a point-of-sale system
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Current Oregon Alcohol Servers Permit
- Current Oregon Food Handler’s Card
- Extremely flexible schedule
Schedule - Thursday - Sunday - 15-30 variable hours weekly / Shifts are subject to change and rotate based on company needs. Work schedules are posted 14 days in advance.
