You will work with warm leads, conduct client appointments, explain benefit options, and provide support throughout the insurance decision-making process. If you are organized, coachable, and enjoy meaningful conversations, this could be an excellent next step.
Your Day-to-Day
- Connect with individuals, families, union members, and association members
- Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
- Review insurance needs and explain benefit options clearly
- Follow up with clients to ensure questions are answered
- Build trust through professional, timely communication
- Participate in team training and coaching sessions
