The Role: Public Health Nurse
Entegris Yonezawa Plant is recruiting a Public Health Nurse to promote employee health.

What you will do:
- Plan and conduct periodic health examination
- 定期健康診断の計画と実施
- Medical checkup results management
- 検診結果の管理
- Follow-up interviews and health consultations with employees who have medical findings
- 有所見者との面談及び個別指導
- Provide health consultations and mental health–related support
- 健康相談、メンタルヘルスに関するサポート
- Return-to-work support for employees ( Including pregnant employees )
- 復職者 ・休職者 面談、 妊産婦等の サポート全般
- Medical room management (f irst aid kit , equipment)
- 医務室の管理（救急箱、備品類）
- Work closely with the industrial doctor, including coordination tasks
- 産業医との連携及びパトロール、委員会等の調整
- Plan and conduct flu shot
- インフルエンザワクチン接種の計画と実施
What we seek:
- M ust have a nursing license and a minimum of 7 years of experience
- 看護師資格を所有していること、7年以上の実務経験を有すること
Outstanding candidates will have :
- Ability to communicate with others
- A bility to use PC for simple data entry
