About the Role
We're looking for reliable, hardworking General Laborers to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, doesn't mind physical labor, and wants steady hours with a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, loading/unloading, and moving materials
- Assist skilled workers and follow instructions from supervisors
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Operate basic hand and power tools as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Complete tasks efficiently and report any issues to a supervisor
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to heavy equipment repeatedly throughout the shift
- Comfortable working outdoors / indoors in varying conditions (adjust as needed)
- Reliable transportation to the job site
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work well in a team
- Must be able to pass a background check (and drug screen, if applicable)
- Prior labor/construction/warehouse experience a plus, but not required
