OUR TEAM:

In the Maintenance / Utilities Department, we aim to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient power distribution systems across the site, while supporting operational excellence and sustainability through optimized energy management.

MISSION:

In the domain of power distribution and electrical infrastructure,

- Ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation of site electrical systems and power supply.
- Maintain and optimize electrical equipment through effective preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor energy performance and support continuous improvement in system reliability and efficiency.
- Support site projects and ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical power distribution, maintenance, or industrial utilities
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems and equipment in industrial environments
- Experience in project management, budgeting, and technical documentation/reporting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and electrical engineering tools (e.g., ETAP)
- Knowledge of electrical equipment: MV switchgear, LV MCC, digital protection relays, and power transformers (150 kV, 20 kV, 400 V)
- Business proficiency in English (B2) and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a data-driven mindset aligned with Michelin’s value of Respect for Facts

Preferred:

- Ahli K3 Listrik certification
- Experience in energy management, power quality analysis, and system optimization
- Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies in industrial environments
- Experience supporting continuous improvement programs (Lean, Kaizen, or similar initiatives)
