This is a fixed term contract based in our Galway Office, One Galway Central, Galway City, H91 E3FW.

The responsibilities & skill set required for the role of Property Administrator are listed below:
Role & Responsibilities
- Liaising with landlords and tenants.
- Coordinating maintenance works with contractors to include:
- Recording of maintenance issues.
- Confirming maintenance issues with landlord & contractor.
- Advising landlord of obligations under Tenancy Act.
- Preparation of inventory of property, photo & text.
- Preparation of routine property inspections to include:
- Arranging inspection times with tenants.
- Carrying out inspection with photo evidence.
- Creation of inspection report to landlord.
- Preparation of final tenancy inspections to include:
- Arranging final inspection with tenants.
- Carrying out of inspection with photo evidence.
- Coordinating any works required & receipt of invoices.
- Key Management.
- Update of Inventory Items and appliance codes on system.
- Lettings Administration Duties as and when required.
- Sales Administration and Reception Duties to support front desk as required.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent telephone, customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word & Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, able to multitask and have excellent attention to detail.
- Solutions driven, problem solver and someone who uses their own initiative.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Contribute positively to the team dynamic.
- Full clean driving licence.
