Essential Job Functions:
- World Famous Friendly customer service with customers and teammates.
- Work as part of a team atmosphere.
- Oversee all job functions within the department.
- Assist with training of department new team members on operating and safety procedures
- Team motivation, direction and coaching.
- Ordering, & inventory maintenance.
- Daily logs current, quality control & reducing shrink.
- Achieving & exceeding gross profit goals.
- Making sandwiches.
- Using the meat slicer.
- Using the oven for baking bakery product.
- Making salads & maintaining throughout the day.
- Stocking freezer and walk-in.
- Stocking bakery tables, cheese case and HMR case.
- Using cleaning products to maintain sanitary conditions.
- Product knowledge.
- Using deli scales and bakery printers.
- Detailed cleaning of entire bakery deli department per detailed cleaning list.
- Cleaning rotisserie with authorized oven cleaner.
- Packaging & labeling product.
- Learn, follow, and model all safety operating procedures.
- Assist in oversight of department safety standards.
- Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook.
Qualifications
Knowledge Skills Needed:
