About Dash Technologies Inc. Dash Technologies Inc. is a US-based IT Staff Augmentation company providing skilled technology consultants to government and commercial clients across all 50 US states. We operate through state and federal procurement vehicles, MSP/VMS-managed programs, and direct client partnerships. As we scale our multi-state US operations, we are building an India-based compliance team to support our payroll and tax compliance function.
Job Summary We are hiring a US Payroll, Contracts & Tax Compliance Specialist to manage and support our US payroll administration, multi-state tax compliance, and subcontractor compliance operations from India. You will work directly with our ADP Workforce Now platform / other, and report to the CEO in the USA. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who understands US payroll, tax filing obligations, and multi-state compliance.
Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor ADP Workforce Now for payroll compliance, SUI rate notices, state tax registrations, and filing confirmations Maintain a 50-state US compliance calendar — track all SIT, SUI, FUTA, annual report, and registration deadlines Coordinate new state payroll tax registrations with ADP when Dash opens placements in a new US state Track and collect Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and W-9 forms from all C2C (Corp-to-Corp) subcontractors Prepare and deliver a Weekly Compliance Status Report. Timely quarterly 941 filings /review for accuracy. Support year-end W-2, 1099-NEC, and 1095-C/1094-C filing coordination Monitor SUI rate changes across all active states and flag for Finance review Track insurance renewal dates (GL, E&O, Cyber Liability, Workers’ Comp) Research new US state payroll tax and employment law requirements as Dash expands Maintain organized compliance documentation in Google Drive / SharePoint
Required Skills & Qualifications 3–7 years of experience in US payroll, finance BPO/KPO, or compliance support Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (mandatory) Working knowledge of US payroll concepts: W-2, 1099, FUTA, SUI, SIT, FICA, I-9/E-Verify, ACA Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting) Strong written English — able to write professional reports and communicate with US leadership Education: B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA Inter
Preferred / Good to Have Prior experience working with US IT staffing or workforce solutions companies Familiarity with MSP/VMS platforms (dotStaff™, VectorVMS, Beeline) Knowledge of ADP Smart Compliance or ADP RUN CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC certification — or currently pursuing Experience with C2C / subcontractor onboarding in a US staffing environment
