About this role
- Prepare the necessary documents for the start of on-site work (Safety, Health, and Environment).
- Represent Técnicas Reunidas in external HSE organizations.
- Coordinate and provide support to the Site HSE Manager.
- Conduct studies, assessments, inspections, and investigations as required.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports and objective proposals.
- Develop, update, and manage HSE programs, including campaigns, awards, and recognition programs.
- In the event of a serious site accident, provide support to the accident investigation team as requested.
- Participate in the monitoring and control of HSE standards and applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop on-site HSE procedures.
- Establish and maintain the necessary tools for monitoring HSE standards.
- Attend and participate in Corporate HSE audits and external HSE certification audits.
- Develop HSE prequalification for subcontractors.
- Participate in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
- More than 10 years of experience in the described functions.
