Job Purpose

To support the business users on the Banking system and other relevant IT applications and provide customer products and services within a regulatory compliance framework

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate IT incident resolution processes.

- Prioritize incidents based on business impact and urgency.

- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.Monitor system performance against SLAs.

- Provide 2nd-tier technical support and system debugging.

- Liaise with business and technical stakeholders.

- Communicate incident status and resolutions.

- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

- Support continuous service improvement initiatives.

- Build and maintain positive business relationships.

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

Preferred Qualification

Specific qualifications in supporting IT fields (NQF Level 6)

Essential Certifications

- MCDST or equivalent
Specific qualifications in supporting IT fields (breadth)
Relevant qualifications in frameworks - COBIT
Relevant vendor certifications

Preferred Certifications

Minimum Experience Level

3- 5 years end user support experience

Application Support Exposure

Flexcube & Microsoft knowledge will be an added advantage
