Key Responsibilities
Technical & Application Support
- Deliver technical support and application expertise to customers and the sales team.
- Develop and optimize food formulations using Azelis' ingredient portfolio.
- Troubleshoot product performance and formulation challenges at customer sites and laboratories.
- Conduct customer visits to understand technical requirements and provide solution-based recommendations.
Product Development & Innovation
- Develop innovative food applications aligned with market trends and customer needs.
- Evaluate new ingredients and technologies for potential commercial opportunities.
- Create prototypes and concept products showcasing ingredient functionality.
- Support principal product launches and market development initiatives.
Customer Engagement
- Conduct customer trials, demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops.
- Provide training to customers and internal stakeholders on ingredient functionalities and applications.
- Prepare technical reports, application guides, and presentation materials.
Business Support
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Support strategic projects and customer tenders with technical expertise.
- Assist in developing value-added solutions that differentiate Azelis in the market.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
Laboratory & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of formulations, trials, and technical projects.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and SHEQ requirements.
- Support application laboratory management, including equipment maintenance and good laboratory practices.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of food ingredients and their functionality.
- Hands-on experience in food formulation and product development.
- Knowledge of food processing technologies and manufacturing practices.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Project management and organizational skills.
