Requirements :
- Supply Chain experience: 3-6 , 5-9years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with strong ability to work independently
- SAP MM knowledge is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Suppliers for On-Time Delivery of direct material into manufacturing plants.
- Address/ elevate to supplier leadership any discrepancies with delivery schedules.
- Manage PAP changes.
- Proactive planning- Inform/ Update production management on late deliveries.
- Order Changes (Move Ins/Outs, Cancelations).
- New Products Introductions (Phase In/Out).
- Participate on internal and external process improvement project activities.
- Projects and tasks successfully managed within approved timelines.
- Deliver weekly/monthly cadenced metric reports.
- Prepare presentations and attend meetings as required.
- Provide performance summary to management as requested/required.
- Active participation (or leadership of) in cross functional projects.
- Formulate corrective actions concerning missed functional KPIs/metrics.
