About this role
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to support our marketing initiatives through data, reporting, and process optimization. This role will contribute to campaign performance, CRM and marketing operations, helping improve marketing effectiveness across digital channels.
This is a hybrid position based at One Galle Face. This position will be onsite at our temporary office one (1) day per week; however, following the completion of our new office construction, this position will be onsite three (3) days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from digital campaigns (email, LinkedIn, content marketing, and webinars) to assess performance and trends
- Write, edit, and proof copy, aligned with Perituza’s campaign goals and voice
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs such as engagement, conversions, ROI, and campaign health
- Benchmark competitor and industry activity and industry best practices
- Provide actionable recommendations and optimizations to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI
- Manage website updates and support SEO, AI search, and paid advertising initiatives by tracking performance metrics, optimizing, and applying best practices
- Maintain clean, accurate, and reliable datasets across campaign tracking and reporting systems
- Assist with the setup, management, and optimization of marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations
- Support the creation of marketing assets (social media posts, blogs, case studies, webinars, and videos)
- Evaluate new software tools and techniques to improve results
- Ensure content is structured and optimized for both customer engagement and AI-driven searches
- Research and identify key decision makers to target within firms
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, and new technologies in Marketing Management
- Other duties as required by Leadership
Requirements
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Two (2) years’ experience in a related role
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in writing corporate communications
- Tact, diplomacy, and the highest level of integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter: demonstrated initiative and drive for results
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and marketing practices
- Experience working with e-mail platforms and CRMs preferred
- Background working in Information Technology services is a plus
- Ability to occasionally work US morning hours (through 11:30 PM Central) as needed to support campaigns and initiatives
