About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with 3–5 years of production experience who can take ownership of features end-to-end across mobile, backend, web/admin tooling, testing, and infrastructure.

This role requires strong backend and SQL fundamentals, production Flutter experience, and the ability to work independently on systems where correctness, reliability, and server-side validation are critical.

What You’ll Own

You will own complete vertical slices of features, including:

- Mobile screens and user-facing functionality
- Backend APIs and feature modules
- Wallet and reward use cases
- Server-side validation and business rules
- Admin and internal tooling
- Database migrations
- Automated tests
- Background workers and queues
- Monitoring and alerts
- Store releases

Mobile Development

Work with:

- Flutter 3.11
- Riverpod
- go_router
- Dio
- AppLovin MAX
- Firebase

You will be responsible for building production-quality mobile features, integrating ad SDKs, and supporting App Store / Play Store releases.

Backend Development

Work with:

- NestJS 11
- TypeScript
- TypeORM
- PostgreSQL 18
- Redis
- BullMQ
- Jest

You will build and maintain feature modules, APIs, wallet/reward functionality, fraud rules, workers, database migrations, and automated tests.

Web & Admin

Work with:

- Next.js 16
- React 19
- Tailwind 4
- Vercel

You will contribute to the marketing site and internal admin console, including functionality such as:

- User lookup
- Withdrawal review
- Partner configuration
- Internal operational tooling

Infrastructure

This is not a dedicated DevOps role , but you will be expected to ship and maintain your own infrastructure-related changes.

You should be comfortable reading and extending:

- Terraform
- AWS
- RDS
- ElastiCache
- CloudWatch

This includes adding or maintaining monitoring and alerts when required.

What We’re Looking For

Must Have

- 3–5 years of experience shipping production software that you have owned.
- Strong experience with server-side TypeScript and a typed ORM.
- Strong SQL skills and the ability to write queries independently and read a query execution plan.
- Production experience with Flutter , or strong native mobile development experience with the ability to ramp up quickly in Dart.
- Working knowledge of React for building internal tools and interfaces.
- Experience writing automated tests alongside the feature being developed.
- Strong written English and ability to communicate technical decisions clearly.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of features from implementation through delivery.

Nice to Have

Experience with any of the following will be a strong advantage:

- Payments, ledgers, payouts, and reconciliation
- Ad mediation SDKs or attribution
- Fraud and abuse prevention, including fingerprinting and velocity limits
- Redis and production queue systems
- Terraform and AWS
- App Store / Play Store review and release processes
