JOB DESCRIPTION
WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION :
- Request and follow up on vendors' SOA
- Assist in checking old prepayment and invoice matching; sometimes assist Engineering with invoices pending PO and GRN
- Assist seniors in other matters, such as requesting data/information, simple GL reconciliation or checking, assisting in replying to vendor emails regarding missing invoices or documentation, and other simple Finance admin tasks
