Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with business goals and employee well-being.

- Streamline recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to enhance efficiency and satisfaction using tools like LinkedIn, JobDB, and BambooHR.

- Optimize HR operations through tools such as Humansoft, Lark, Asana, and Happily.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning (e.g., leadership development, technical upskilling) and promoting knowledge sharing.

- Lead quarterly performance reviews to drive team performance and individual development.

- Collaborate with management and team leads to effectively manage, mentor, and develop team members, fostering leadership and growth.

- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives (e.g., TGIF events, retreats).

- Enhance internal communication to ensure alignment, collaboration, and transparency.

Requirement:

- Proven experience in HR, organizational development, data-driven HR strategies and metrics, or related fields.

- Strong understanding of HR tools (e.g., Humansoft, Lark, Asana).

- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

- Team player and individual contributor committed to fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

- Familiarity with digital marketing or performance-driven organizations is a plus.
