Job Requirements
Supervised inverter duty transformers (IDT), monitoring oil parameters, temperature, and load conditions for reliable power evacuation.
• Diagnosed and rec field electrical faults across inverters, transformers, and switchgear through structured fault analysis and corrective maintenance.
• Conducted insula on resistance (IR), continuity, and high-voltage cable testing, along with thermographic inspection of panels, switchgear, and cables, to detect and prevent faults.
• Performed CT/PT testing to verify protection and metering accuracy as part of routine maintenance checks.
• Inspected and maintained solar PV modules through periodic checks and thermography, identifying hotspots, degradation, and defects.
• Prepared daily MIS/genera on reports and conducted root cause analysis (RCA) for performance losses; evaluated plant KPIs (CUF, PR, specific yield).
• Maintained plant earthing system and lightning protection, conducting resistance measurements per IEC standards. • Troubleshot communication failures between inverters, weather stations, and control room systems using Modbus/RS485/Ethernet protocols.
Work Experience
Implemented PTW system, safety procedures, and vendor/contractor coordination, ensuring EHS compliance across plant O&M operations.
Maintain daily generation, fault, and equipment status logs; support root-cause-analysis (RCA) for performance losses.
Implement Permit to Work (PTW) system, safety procedures (LOTO, JSA, TBT), and EHS compliance across BESS & Solar site operations.
