## Your mission, roles and responsibilities

## Overall Responsibilities and Duties

Faurecia Clarion Electronics (FCE) is seeking an experienced System Architect to lead the architecture and technical governance of next-generation Cockpit, Infotainment, CDC, ADAS Visualization, Display, and Interior Monitoring Systems . The role acts as the technical authority, driving scalable, reusable, secure, and cost-optimized solutions from RFQ to SOP , while collaborating across software, hardware, mechanical, validation, cybersecurity, functional safety, and customer teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

System Architecture & Technical Leadership

- Define and govern end-to-end system architectures, including functional, logical, physical, and deployment views.
- Translate customer and stakeholder requirements into executable system solutions.
- Drive architecture trade-offs, technical decisions, and platform reuse strategies.
- Maintain requirements-to-architecture traceability and lead architecture reviews.

Hardware-Software Co-Design

- Define hardware/software partitioning and allocation across SoC, MCU, DSP, GPU, and peripherals.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, memory, storage, thermal, and resource utilization.
- Evaluate alternative architectures and technology choices.

Platform & Product Architecture

- Lead architecture for Infotainment, CDC, Digital Clusters, ADAS Visualization, Camera/Driver/Interior Monitoring Systems, Connected Services, Navigation, and Smartphone Connectivity solutions.

Vehicle Connectivity, Safety & Security

- Define architectures using Automotive Ethernet, CAN/CAN-FD, LIN, SOME/IP, UDS, DoIP, OTA/FOTA, and SOA.
- Support Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity (ISO 21434) compliance.
- Define safety concepts, security architecture, secure communication, and OTA strategies.

Process, Validation & Innovation

- Own ASPICE SYS.2 and SYS.3 compliance while supporting system integration and validation activities.
- Support RFQs, feasibility studies, VAVE initiatives, technology roadmaps, and innovation programs.
- Lead technical issue resolution and customer discussions.

## Your profile and competencies to succeed

## Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related Engineering discipline .

Experience Required

- 10-14 years of automotive system design experience, preferably in Cockpit Electronics and ADAS .
- Minimum 5 years in System Engineering or System Architecture roles.
- Experience architecting IVI, ADAS, Displays, IMS/DMS, CDC, and Connected Solutions .
- Experience working directly with OEM customers and leading cross-functional technical teams.
