About this role
The purpose of this role is the following:
1. Exceed the Revenue, Margins, Cost and Quality Targets
2. Maintain operational and business relationships with partners on a day-to-day basis
3. Defend revenues and margins from existing services and grow revenues and margins from new services
4. Proactive, Adaptive, Positive Attitude, Drive for Excellence, and Entrepreneurial Mindset
5. Independently responsible for the P&L of at least one business stream
6. Work with various EITC teams to exceed all the Financial and non-Financial KPI’s
