Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience and a strong analytical mindset to solve complex business problems.

Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, R, and Python (advanced preferred) , along with the ability to derive actionable insights, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Insights

- Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business growth and operational efficiency
- Utilize SQL to extract data and perform in-depth analysis

Visualization and Reporting

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to track business performance
- Ensure visualizations effectively communicate key insights

Statistical and Predictive Modeling

- Use R or Python to perform statistical analyses and build predictive models
- Support data-driven decision-making

Problem-Solving

- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend solutions and monitor implementation

Collaboration

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.)
- Help define and execute business strategies

Requirements

Technical Skills

- Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Strong experience with Tableau for dashboards and reporting
- Hands-on experience with R and Python for statistical and data analysis (advanced preferred)
