JOB TITLE
Senior Associate, Operations | MAF Properties | West Region

ROLE SUMMARY
The position is mainly responsible to administer in the assigned mall security function and to provide optimal level of security and safety for the property and assets.

ROLE PROFILE

- Attend to tenant queries in the assigned Centre on stock taking, visual merchandising, and delivery of materials, store maintenance and minor store renovation works. Forward to security control the Management approval / permission to conduct required work
- Supervise and ensure implementation of security related plans and systems which aim to always maximize asset stakeholders and mall patrons’ safety.
- Oversee daily mall operations including cleanliness, security coordination, crowd management, parking, waste management, and tenant coordination.
- Provide inputs to the assigned Mall Management for the preparation of Mall security risk management plan on an annual basis and ensure effective implementation of it within the approved budgets
- Work closely with Mall Management to develop Security strategies that meet the needs of the mall.
- Co-ordinate with Marketing and MPM during events and promotion to ensure security of mall staff and mall visitors.
- Effectively & efficiently conduct all required operations, on duty tasks, and corrective actions to manage the Security contractor and achieve targeted Security KPIs. Conduct weekly meetings with Security site manager.
- Clearly communicate and enforce MAF safety and security procedures to external and internal contractors.

REQUIREMENTS

- Effectively manages the Other OPEX Exp. budget line
- Effectively manages the assigned CAPEX projects.
- Be the advocate and ambassador of aligning and cascading the MAFP values across SMBU and ensure that it is adhered to and exhibit the same all the time.
- Ensure compliance with the MAFP AMBU’s Code of Conduct, Departmental policies and HC Policies and Procedures always.
- Oversee the traffic management during peak hours and ensure smooth and safe customers/staff entry and exist. Develop alternative traffic routes in case of emergency evacuation.
- Effectively & efficiently conduct all required operations, on duty tasks, and corrective actions to grant the implementation of the Asset Plan Initiatives. Coordinate with team members effectively to achieve above
