Gallagher Home Health Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide personalized care to patients in their homes across New Kensington/ Lower Burrell and the surrounding areas.

Your Role as an Occupational Therapist:
- Evaluate and assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to home health patients with neurological, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and cardio-pulmonary impairments, fine motor, sensory-motor, developmental delays, traumatic injuries, and swallowing disorders.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania.
- Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- A valid PA driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle for travel.
- Ability to work independently and manage patient care with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
