About this role
Reporting to the Group Chief Transformation and People Officer, the role leads the Group Transformation Office and acts as the central enabler for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
In addition, the position holder acts as Chief of Staff for approximately 20% of their capacity. In this capacity, the role holder reports directly to the Group CEO and supports the preparation and follow-up of Board and Senior Leadership Meetings, as well as the preparation of key communication documents, analyses and decision-making materials.
Transformation (~80%):
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the group’s transformation strategy
- Coordinate cross-functional transformation programs with a focus on digitalization, operational efficiency, and cultural change.
- Serve as the central point of contact for transformation efforts across the organization.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to align transformation goals with business priorities.
- Manage the Transformation Office, including governance structures, KPIs, roadmaps, and communication frameworks.
- Identify transformation opportunities through data-driven insights and market trends.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget.
- Build a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across the group.
Chief of Staff (~20%)
- Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives to be led and executed by the Transformation Office
- Organise and structure Executive meeting agendas, including follow-ups and action tracking
- Prepare key documents for CEO/CFO communications (e.g., “State of the Union”, client updates)
- Align and manage the corporate calendar
- Coordinate with VGI (Visual Graphics India)
