REQUIREMENTS:
Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License;
General Liability Insurance;
Worker's Comp Insurance;
Business License;
Background and Motor Vehicle check to company standards;
Will need to fill out subcontractor package;
TASKS:
Wide range of handyman work to include finish carpentry, drywall repair, touch up paint; electrical and plumbing repair and fixture replacement and other tasks;
Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction;
