Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas, including product preparation, customer service, restaurant upkeep, inventory control, team management, recruitment, and retention.
- Maintain financial accountability and deliver top-quality products and services to every customer.
- Perform additional duties as needed or assigned.
