Import/Export Coordinator
$30.00/Hour | 12-Month Contract Join a global leader supporting scientific research, healthcare innovation, biotechnology, and advanced manufacturing worldwide. We are seeking an Import/Export Coordinator to support international shipping operations, logistics coordination, and export documentation.
### Responsibilities
Coordinate shipping schedules for international customer orders. Monitor, allocate, and release orders to ensure timely delivery. Work with freight forwarders to secure bookings and manage transportation information. Prepare export documentation, including: Commercial Invoices Packing Lists Certificates of Origin Shipper's Letters of Instruction (SLI) Review Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, export declarations, and other shipping documents for accuracy and compliance. Partner with customer service teams and transportation providers to ensure smooth shipment execution. Track shipments and delivery status through internal and external systems. Support compliance audits and corrective actions. Maintain accurate records and shipping documentation.
### Qualifications
1+ year of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, shipping, inventory, order processing, or customer service. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience supporting import/export operations. Knowledge of freight forwarding, transportation management, or international shipping processes. Manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse experience preferred. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Ozone, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
