About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support inventory accuracy, warehouse operations, and shipping/receiving activities. This role is ideal for someone with inventory, logistics, or supply chain experience who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
### Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records and track inventory levels Perform cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory transactions Process incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain documentation Support warehouse operations, inventory flow, and material handling processes Coordinate orders and shipments with internal teams Use Microsoft Excel and inventory systems to manage data and reporting Ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies Perform other duties as assigned
### Qualification
1-2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or supply chain Knowledge of inventory management principles and inventory control processes Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software (NetSuite preferred) Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Forklift experience is a plus

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Knoxville, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.85/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
