Join Transcom as a Maintenance Technician!
Be on the front line of operational reliability for our team and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building facilities;
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical components to ensure smooth operations;
- Monitor equipment performance proactively and report potential issues before they cause downtime;
- Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment;
- Assist in installing, testing, and commissioning new equipment or facility systems as needed.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar technical role;
- Good technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems;
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints;
- Strong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting ability, and sharp attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently, manage priority tasks, and stay motivated under pressure;
- Relevant vocational training, technical diploma, or trade certifications (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC).
