About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Manufacturing Controller / Finance Manager to join a growing organization in Central Pennsylvania. This role will play a critical leadership position, overseeing core accounting functions while supporting strategic financial planning and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all aspects of general accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close

- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with leadership to drive financial performance

- Provide financial planning & analysis (FP&A) support, including variance analysis and financial modeling

- Manage and ensure accuracy of payroll processing and related reporting

- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

- Support interactions with lenders, including those related to asset-based lending (ABL) structures

- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, particularly within a manufacturing environment

Qualifications

- 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including controllership or similar FP&A leadership responsibilities in a manufacturing environment

- Strong experience in a manufacturing environment

- Exposure to or experience with asset-based lending (ABL) highly preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

- CPA designation preferred

- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A

- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Salary range 125K to 145K plus Bonus; some potential for equity

- This is an onsite position but there is some flexibility as needed due to things like weather
