HIRING IMMEDIATELY
** We are seeking candidates with Government Secret Clearance or higher. All positions are in Pascagoula, Mississippi. **
Sunstates Security is hosting a Hiring Event for Security Officers on:
- Tuesday, September 15th , 2026, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Wednesday, September 16th , 2026 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Meet with Hiring Managers for Full-Time positions in the Pascagoula, MS area. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift are available with no weekends required!
Various days and shifts are available with a pay range of $20.40/hr, with weekly pay.

This is a walk-in event. Come prepared to interview with our hiring managers.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Must have US Federal Government Secret Clearance or higher.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
- Security officer, law enforcement, and/or military experience is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must regularly walk or stand for extended periods of time and distance.
- Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.
If you do not hold a current Secret or Above Security Clearance, you must be sponsored by Sunstates to gain one. The Investigation Process to gain the Security Clearance is normally four to six months and Sunstates will not be able to provide you hours at this job site until it is completed, and access is granted though DCSA (Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency).
We only sponsor limited qualified candidates after a successful interview.
A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
