RegularTo ensure seamless integration, governance, and execution of the Generation Program in support of Agropur's carrier dairy protein strategy and manufacturing transformation. The role is accountable for maximizing value creation, managing risks, and driving organizational alignment around a shared vision.

The Senior Director, Generation Program Integration and Execution serves as the orchestrator of Agropur's largest investment program. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the effective integration, governance, and coordinated execution of all program components.

The role acts as the primary steward of program alignment with senior leadership and governance committees by providing an integrated view of program performance, emerging risks, key trade-offs, and expected value creation. The incumbent ensures that decisions, priorities, resources, and investments remain aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

Through strong cross-functional leadership and influence, the Senior Director drives consistency across workstreams, facilitates informed decision-making, and helps ensure the successful delivery of the program's intended business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Governance and Program Leadership

- Develop, implement, and continuously evolve the integrated governance framework for the Generation Program.
- Ensure effective decision-making, rigorous accountability, and clear ownership among stakeholders.
- Prepare executive reports, analyses, and recommendations for senior leadership and governance committees.
- Serve as the primary integration point between program delivery teams and the organization's decision-making bodies.

Strategic Integration and Dependency Management

- Maintain an integrated view of the overall program and the interactions among its various workstreams.
- Identify, manage, and resolve interdependencies between the Generation Program, other strategic Agropur initiatives, and the broader organization.
- Anticipate the organizational, operational, and financial impacts of decisions made within the program.

Program Execution and Delivery

- Ensure disciplined and effective program delivery in accordance with approved objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Monitor adherence to key strategic milestones and readiness criteria across all phases of the program.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards to track overall program performance and progress.

Financial Management and Value Creation

- Ensure the financial integrity of the program, including budgets, forecasts, business case analyses, and expected benefits realization.
- Support investment approval processes and provide financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Establish mechanisms to measure, track, and realize the business benefits generated by the program.

Risk Management and Organizational Resilience

- Develop and maintain a consolidated view of the program's risk profile and define escalation mechanisms for critical issues.
- Proactively identify and mitigate strategic, financial, operational, technological, regulatory, contractual, and organizational risks.
- Advise senior leaders on trade-off decisions involving risk, cost, timelines, and value creation.
