We are currently looking for a driven Junior ERP Consultant to join our International Business Unit. If you want to solve real business challenges rather than just formatting slides, this is your opportunity.

Tasks

**Your Impact**

* **Own Your Stream:** Take charge of independent sub-projects within large-scale IT transformations.
* **Architect the Future:** Analyze complex IT architectures and design sleek, automated, and future-proof business processes.
* **Drive Business Value:** Build out feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses that guide C-level decision-making.
* **Consult & Advise:** Prepare compelling pitch decks and lead high-impact workshops for our clients.
* **Bridge Business & Tech:** Act as the vital link between our clients and our engineering team. You will translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.

Requirements

**Who You Are**

* **The Foundation:** A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
* **The Experience:** At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management.
* **The Mindset:** A razor-sharp analytical mind. You grasp complex systems at lightning speed and possess a genuine passion for tackling challenging tasks.
* **The Communicator:** You are a highly committed team player with C2-level fluency in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
