Print Kanban labels and customs invoices and prepare FedEx, UPS, and third-party billing paperwork

Safely operate a forklift, tugger, and electric hoist and complete required equipment checks and logs

Maintain FIFO, packaging inventory, standardized work, 5S, planned maintenance, and kaizen improvements

You Might Be Our Kind of Person If...

Youre the person who notices when a number is off, a label is missing, or a pallet is not where it belongs. You can stay organized while there are alot of movement around you.

Basic math skills using whole numbers, fractions, decimals, rates, ratios, and percentages

Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills and the ability to use scanners and PLEX

Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and practical problem-solving skills

Safety First

Youll safely handle and store materials, follow shipping and receiving procedures, complete equipment checks, maintain a clean work area, and report unsafe or unusual conditions. Accuracy matters.

Safe work. Accurate shipments. Happy customers. Thats the goal.

The Whole Team Is Counting on You

Shipping and Receiving is where deadlines, production, and customer service all meet. Were looking for someone who consistently works their assigned schedule, arrives ready to contribute, communicates clearly, and helps maintain 100% on-time delivery. We understand that illness and family emergencies happen; employees who cannot report to work must follow the companys established call-in procedures.

Your Step Counter Will Be Impressed

Employees regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally more than 75 pounds. Work is performed around moving mechanical equipment in a moderately noisy manufacturing environment.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
