We are seeking a SharePoint and Web Development Consultant with experience working with Federal clients to join our growing team. You will fit right in if you possess top-notch analytical skills and a passion for supporting the Federal Government's public service mission through innovative IT and financial management solutions. Working alongside company leadership and client staff, you will provide the technical backbone for modernizing government workflows.
Core Responsibilities
• Solution Development: Leverage Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint Online to deliver a rich user experience and drive business process automation.
• Data Stewardship: Serve as the primary data steward for project and client personnel, ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
• Decision Support: Enhance strategic decision-making by facilitating data-informed and data-driven reporting and visualizations.
• Agile Delivery: Apply advanced critical thinking to deliver nimble solutions that account for the unique success criteria and professional operating environment of each client.
• Project Participation: Actively participate in multiple aspects of a project based on interests, skill sets, and evolving client needs.
• Collaboration: Work both individually and cooperatively in a team environment, maintaining a strong willingness to share knowledge with peers.

Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• System Architecture: Solid understanding of Event-Driven System-Oriented Architecture.
• M365 Ecosystem: Comprehensive knowledge of Office 365 Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities.
• Data Engineering: Expertise in Advanced ETL Process Design, specifically including Error/Un-Happy Path Handling.
• Data Standards: Proficiency in data formats ranging from tabular to JSON and XML.
• Data Management: Mastery of Data Normalization, Contextualization, and Qualification.
• Reporting: Expertise in utilizing Power BI to transform complex datasets into actionable insights.

Education and Experience Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in math, technology, or a related field with 3–5 years of professional experience, OR, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Public Administration/Policy (MPA/MPP), or Master’s in Information Management with 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Technical Expert: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Tool Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), with specialized, advanced experience in SharePoint and Power BI.
• Federal Context: Previous experience working in or for the Federal Government (specifically DoD/DoW) is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work individually and cooperatively in a team environment with a willingness to share knowledge
