About this role
This position is responsible for :
- Providing constant care for the needs of children in an efficient, clean, loving, safe, secure, and healthy manner.
- Performing learning and development activities which are age-group and program specific.
- Providing opportunities for physical and mental stimulation through both inside and outside learning activities.
Key responsibilities :
- Monitors and ensures that children/youth remain on task for activities.
- Maintains the program materials and equipment in an orderly fashion.
- Ability to deal comfortably with stressful situations.
- Must be able to work with people of diverse backgrounds and circumstances.
Qualifications
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and having a high school diploma or G.E.D. is required,
and
six months experience providing adult supervision to children in a camp, school or community center environment preferred,
or
any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

CPR & First Aid (or ability to obtain)
Blood Borne Pathogens (or ability to obtain)
