The Data Center Facilities Engineer provides engineering expertise for mission-critical data center infrastructure, supporting safe, reliable, and resilient operations. The role manages critical environment maintenance, incidents, changes, operational readiness, commissioning, and infrastructure improvement initiatives. The engineer collaborates with Data Center Operations, Design, Construction, Commissioning, vendors, and colocation providers to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, drive corrective actions, and maintain engineering standards. The role requires strong electrical and mechanical infrastructure knowledge, practical problem-solving skills, vendor management, and the ability to work independently while supporting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
