We are looking for a motivated Repair Technician to work on various projects from interior/exterior residential homes
What you will Do:
- Skilled in small - medium size roof repairs
- Pipe Boots, chimney flashing, shingles, metal roofs
- Pick up materials for repair jobs
- Repair damaged landscaping - replace bushes, sod repair
- Cleaning jobsites after construction
- Material runner when needed

Must Haves:
- Climb ladders ranging from 15-32 ft
- Enjoy working outdoors in various NC climate
- Pick up materials ranging from 10-100lbs
- Valid Drivers License
