Functional Description:

- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives, performing comprehensive management, technical, and business case analyses

- Analyzes and tracks program requirements, status, budgets, and schedules to ensure alignment with milestones.

- Collects, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft, weapon, or project acquisition and product programs.

- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.

- Participates actively in IPT meetings, with the capability to complete status briefs, draft official memos, and handle high-level correspondence.

- Supports the IPT by scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing essential program data.

- Analyzes Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) Management requirements.

- Interface with Govt Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTLs) to educate their staff on the proper RIO processes and to advise the IPTLs on the characterization of risks, issues, and opportunities.

- Interface with the chief engineer organization on the RIO process.

- Execute the published RIO plan.

Skills Desired: Ability to organize and facilitate the cyclic pattern of risk working groups and risk management boards.

Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
