About this role
We are seeking a Quality Management Coordinator to coordinate and maintain the Company’s quality management systems and support compliance with applicable standards and certification requirements.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience with management system certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP or any other recognized third-party certification programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
- Ensure compliance with GDP and applicable quality standards, procedures and certification requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and follow up on findings and corrective actions.
- Maintain quality management system documentation and records.
- Monitor quality performance, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support quality inspections, investigations and employee awareness/training.
- Liaise with external auditors and certification bodies as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Relevant professional certification or formal training in Quality Management Systems.
- Practical experience working with at least one recognized management system or third-party certification, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP or similar .
- Experience coordinating or supporting internal and external audits.
- Knowledge of quality assurance, compliance, document control, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
