About the Role

Iris Memory Care of NW OKC is building our PRN pool and looking for Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) and Certified Medication Aides (CMA) who want flexible work in a warm, close-knit environment. Schedule: PRN / As Needed — All Shifts
Rate of Pay:
- CNA: $16.00–$16.50/hour
- CMA: $17.00–$18.50/hour
*Pay is negotiable based on experience. Priority given to candidates with memory care experience.
About Our Community
Were a freestanding memory care assisted living community with 54 residents, conveniently located off John Kilpatrick Turnpike at NW 122 nd and N MacArthur. Intimate enough that every team member truly knows every resident. All of our residents live with Alzheimers or another form of dementia, and as an age-in-place community, youll care for residents across the full spectrum of the disease. Smaller team, bigger impact.
What Youll Do
Youll provide hands-on, compassionate care that helps our residents live with dignity, comfort, and joy every single day.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care, dining, and mobility
- Support residents with life enrichment activities and social-recreational programming
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean, comfortable, home-like environment
- Monitor and document vital signs and monthly weights
- Offer emotional and physical comfort and support to residents and families
- Uphold each residents dignity, privacy, independence, and individuality at all times
- Assist with individual and group activities that enrich residents daily lives
Qualifications
What Were Looking For
- Active listing on the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry (required)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum one year of experience working with older adults preferred
- Experience in memory care or with dementia residents strongly preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Genuine warmth, patience, and compassion for those living with memory loss
- Reliable work history — consistency matters deeply to our residents
- Flexibility to pick up shifts across all schedules as needed
- Ability to meet continuing education and certification requirements for your position
