We are looking for an experienced and motivated RN nursing supervisor to join our growing team in Williamsville, NY.

RN nursing supervisor position details:

We are hiring for a Full Time (37.5 hours/week) position. The scheduled hours are Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm.

RN nursing supervisor job duties include:

- Assume the authority, responsibility, and accountability of directing nursing services.

- Visit residents on a daily basis in order to observe and evaluate each resident's physical and emotional status.

- Oversee all admission, transfer, and discharge of residents as necessary.

- Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules.

- Review MAR and nurses' notes for completeness of information.

- Provide direct nursing care as necessary.

Qualifications

RN nursing supervisor qualifications:

- Must have credentials as an RN with a current New York State license.

- Must have, at a minimum, one (1) year of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or another related health care facility.

- Must be CPR and first aid certified.

- Must have verbal and written English skills.
