Project Manager - Early Detection Platform

Location: Remote (West Coast preferred; Southern California ideal)

About the Role

HALO is rapidly expanding our Early Detection Platform offering, launching multiple new imaging center partners every month. Were looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager (PMP required) who can own the execution of our rollout process, lead weekly cross-functional launch meetings, manage Monday.com workflows, escalate risks early, and keep every stakeholder aligned.

Key Responsibilities

Launch Management & Execution

- Manage end-to-end rollout timelines for all client launches.

- Lead weekly launch calls across multiple accounts with internal teams and client partners.

- Track progress via Monday.com dashboards, Gantt charts, and dependency views.

- Present launch status, risks, timelines, and next steps to leadership and stakeholders.

- Coordinate tasks across IT, Operations, HR, AOE, and Clinical teams to ensure timely execution.

- Distribute templates, documentation, and updated materials for each launch.

- Escalate risks early and drive mitigation plans.

Monday.com Ownership & Workflow Development

- Own and manage HALOs Monday.com launch infrastructure.

- Build workflows for dependencies, automated reminders, stakeholder-specific views, risk logs, and dashboards.

- Partner with leadership to scale the system for 10–20+ monthly rollouts.

Process Improvement & Operations Enablement

- Partner with operational leadership to review post-mortems and implement approved updates.

- Assist with SOP updates, documentation improvements, and workflow refinements.

- Maintain organized file structures and SharePoint resources.

- Reinforce follow-up cadence, communication expectations, and task ownership among AOEs.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication

- Communicate task owners, deadlines, and expectations clearly.

- Facilitate alignment across IT, Operations, HR, AOEs, Clinical, and Product.

- Present rollout progress and risks to executives.

- Provide clear action items after stakeholder calls.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- PMP Certification (REQUIRED)

- 2–3+ years project management experience

- Proficiency with Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint

- Strong workflow-building and automation skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Strong presentation skills

- Ability to manage multiple complex projects

- Strong risk identification and mitigation skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Healthcare or diagnostics operations experience

- Multi-site rollout experience

- Training or onboarding support experience
