Machine Operator Trainee - 1st Shift

What You'll Learn on these cold press machines:

- Operate and monitor production equipment

- Set up cold heading or threading machinery

- Make mechanical adjustments for product quality

- Perform inspections using calipers and micrometers

- Maintain a safe, clean work environment

- Follow quality and safety standards

- Assist with other production-related duties as needed

Qualifications

- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Ability to work an 8-hour shift

- Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork

- Strong communication and attendance
